It appears that past me was smarter than current me :|

We purposely wipe out any active recordings since all of the Frame/Action information is sent to the frontend after every frame, meaning that all of that data is lost when the Inspector closes.

Furthermore, having the user close WebInspector with an active multi-frame recording that's constantly drawing would be unchecked in its memory usage.
