IceCandidate stats are defined in https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#icecandidate-dict and complements https://w3c.github.io/webrtc-stats/#candidatepair-dict that we already expose.
For now, we might not want to expose address and networkType which might be sensitive information.
