Bug ID: 190303
Summary: Properly determine if css custom property values are
computationally independent
Product: WebKit
Version: WebKit Nightly Build
Hardware: Unspecified
OS: Unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: Layout and Rendering
Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
Reporter: justin_michaud at apple.com

Currently, in order to avoid computationally dependent initial values, a simple substring check is used. This should be replaced with something that can actually parse the value.
