running on linux (my complete specs are at the end of this report)

Cross building for 32bit on a 64bit machine doesn't work for me
with recently released 2.23.1; the build stops with:

I had a similar problem in the past, for versions >=2.17.91, which was
solved by running the 32bit build with -DWTF_CPU_X86=X86; however, it
seems to me that now generate_offset_extractor.rb is run with the
correct backend name (ie X86)...

I can add that 32bit cross builds of versions <=2.22.4 have always
worked without problems (with -DWTF_CPU_X86=X86, as I said above)

Also: building 2.23.1 for native 64bit arch works without problems
