Only PLATFORM(MAC) and PLATFORM(WIN) support the functions in SSLKeyGenerator. The other two files are just stubs.

The <keygen> element is deprecated according to MDN https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/keygen so its not clear whether platforms will ever need to implement these.
