The specs has replaced SVGMatrix with DOMMatrix. This is going to affect the 

SVGTransform::matrix()
SVGGraphicsElement::getCTM()
SVGGraphicsElement::getScreenCTM()
SVGSVGElement::createSVGMatrix()
SVGTransformList::createSVGTransformFromMatrix()
