            Bug ID: 183637
           Summary: Incorrect element rendering
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 11
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: ivan.kuckir at gmail.com

I have this website: https://www.Photopea.com

Click Demo: "pea.psd" in the middle. On the bottom right, there will be an area called "Layers". Each items inside it contains text: so-called "layer name".

This layer name is rendered vertically in the middle in all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge ...). But Safari aligns the layer name to the bottom.

Safari:

Chrome:

Do you know why is it rendered this way? Since many other browsers render it differently, my guess is, that the Webkit rendering is incorrect.
