Layout test fast/scrolling/rtl-scrollbars-alternate-iframe-body-dir-attr-does-not-update-scrollbar-placement.html has been flaky in recent times. It USUALLY passes with the expected result:

But sometimes the scrollbar is duplicated on both sides of the view, yuck:
