Yeah, but the reporter only compared WebKitGTK+ and Chromium; WebKitGTK+ is the only modern version of WebKit that's readily-available on Linux. This looks like it's probably a cross-platform WebCore issue, so to find out could you test the HTML example in Safari, please? Should be just a matter of clicking on the attachment: there should be horizontal scrollbars and no line wrapping in all three of the examples, but on GTK the second and third example have line wrapping and no scrollbars.
