[Video] Breakpoint flicker

Summary:
Typing in Edit Breakpoint popover causes breakpoint to flicker.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a breakpoint
2. Right-click breakpoint, "Edit Breakpoint..."
3. Start typing in the condition field
  => Breakpoint marker in source code gutter flickers (see attached video)
