[CMake] Remove WebCoreDerivedSources library target

After unified source build has been introduced,
WebCoreDerivedSources causes complicated unnecessary
recompilation issue in CMake Visual Studio build (Bug 181117).

The simplest solution is just removing WebCoreDerivedSources
library target if possible.
