Hello,

We are encountering some issues with VoiceOver and sticky element (position sticky) on tablet.

Use case:
- element A is activable (for example a button, a link, etc)
- element B is a sticky header that expands a panel when activated

Action:
- VoiceOver focus is on element A, which is visually behind element B (due to scrolling, back/forth navigation)
- Double-tap with focus on element A

Expected behaviour:
- element A is activated

Observed behaviour:
- element B is activated
- or nothing happens
