            Bug ID: 192324
Summary: CSS Properties and Values API should support animating
                    custom property substitutions
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: justin_michaud at apple.com
                CC: bfulgham at webkit.org, simon.fraser at apple.com,
                    zalan at apple.com

When we animate a registered custom property, we should re-substitute custom properties in children and on the current element. This is not likely to be able to be accelerated, so we should consider whether this is something we actually want to support.
