Looking at Tom's Fedora patch, it looks like there are only two scripts remaining to finish (1):

Source/WebInspectorUI/Scripts/copy-user-interface-resources.pl

(Executes a python interpreter)

Tools/gtk/generate-gtkdoc

(Not used by Apple, so we should just require python3 here.)
