HTML isn't a programming language, so will now not be able to carry out this assignment. You can, but, try this by way of embedding JavaScript - test out http://www.essayace.co.uk/write-my-essay/ for tutorials. One capacity flaw I can spot for your machine - what in case your net page isn't open at that time?... I think there are likely "reminder" programs available already - strive looking Google to see if something already exists.
