Please refer to the right most 3 columns in the below link.

Open the same page in Safari and Chrome (harfbuzz text shaping engine) in Mac.

You will observe these three columns are broken in safari.

Nukta should sit below the vowels as displayed in Chrome.

Please rectify the issue.
