Twitter Thread Detailing Bug Sent To John Wilander and Jonathan Davis

Attached is a screen cap of a tweet thread I sent to John Wilander then forwarded to Jonathon Davis, which describes issue I'm having with a my banking website which has a 3rd party vendor for bill pay, who utilizes third party cookies. When I try to do bill pay now, due to expired/unavailable cookie from prior visit, the request times out. i use bill pay 1-2 times per month, so login in every day is not an option. I know this is by design, but i need to know if there is an option to allow 3rd party cookies to remain for particular web sites (white list).

Thanks.
