Also, the error is not very consistent, have to go through the HTR steps maybe 5-10 times before it hits. But it's consistent enough that we get it often and many of our customers using iOS 11 gets it fairly consistently.

We suspected fetch to be the culprit as we could not reproduce the issue in an older website which used XMLHttpRequest, and while I could not reproduce the issue locally on my developer machine while using XHR, we're seeing the issue when the XHR workaround is tested in our qa environment.
