Note to self:
* maybe it's wrong for every layout to trigger the setLayoutViewportOverrideRect() case
* probably need to tell the UI process when the web process computes a new layout viewport
* why is the web process computing a different layout viewport
* need a consistent way to invalidate the caret rect when anything changes the layout viewport
