Code demonstrating bug

TextTrack.removeCue() fails to remove caption displayed in Picture in Picture mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari
2. Open bug.html (attached)
3. Enter Picture in Picture mode

Expected Results:
Video should show blinking caption as periodically added and removed

Observed Results:
Caption does not blink when displayed in Picture in Picture mode
