This html file exhibits the problem on latest Safari (Version 11.0 (12604.1.38.1.7), MacOS 10.12.6.

Replication steps:

1. Open the attached HTML file in Safari
2. Zoom out a few steps (View->Zoom Out, or Command-Minus)
3. Observe the the checkboxes are clipped slightly, as in the attached screenshot

Also seeing this with WebKit Nightly 222776

Tried a few tweaks to the table's padding style and with opacity (commented out in the attached file, none of which worked.
