            Bug ID: 180196
           Summary: Horizontally scrollable Div#a in `position: fixed`
Div#b prevents vertical scrolling of Div#b
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 11
          Hardware: iPhone / iPad
                OS: iOS 11
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: screeny05 at gmail.com
                CC: bfulgham at webkit.org, simon.fraser at apple.com,
                    zalan at apple.com

The problem arises when there's a Div#a which is horizontally scrollable inside a Div#b which is vertically scrollable. When the User now tries to scroll down with the first touch landing on Div#a, Div#b can't be scrolled.

See the Test-Case for this.
