Test case to reproduce the issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load the attached test case
(2)
(3)

What is the expected output?

The three items should be aligned using their alphabetic baselines (expected.png)

What do you see instead?

The items are not aligned at all; it may be using hanging baseline, but not sure (result.png)
