Repro:
1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/3pykkjzd/
2. Click the end of 2nd line, after "i".
3. Press the right key.

Result:
Caret goes up to the end of 1st line, after "c".

Expected:
Caret goes down.

Notes:
- Press the right key again to go back to the 2nd line, after "i", causing loops.
- Ctrl+Right can hang.
