Back/Forward test case

Notice that there is ASSERT(!m_pendingNavigationID) in WebPage::go{Back, Forward}(). Attached archive with a test case that can be used to hit these assertions. Expand the archive and open back-or-forward-after-navigate-iframe.html in Safari with a debug build of WebKit and follow the instructions.
