Apple core text engine has issue with combination of
U+0C85,U+0C86,U+0C87,U+0C88,U+0C89,U+0C8A,U+0C8B,U+0C8C,U+0C8E,U+0C8F,U+0C90,U+0C92,U+0C93,U+0C94

followed by u+0ccd and any consonant in Kannada such as u+0caf, u+0c95

Below example shows u+0c86, u+0ccd, u+0caf combination issue with core text engine

kannada script when used to write some English words such as Axis, "ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಸ್‌"

User uses the consonant to conjunct with vowel.

Eg: "ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಸ್‌" in this popular Kannada newspaper

This is supported in Microsoft ClearType and DirectWrite, Harfbuff shaping engine. This website uses webfont Google Noto Sans Kannada, which also supports this conjunct.

Apple CoreText doesn't support this conjunct.

Please add support to this conjunct

Steps to Reproduce:
open the below weblink in Safari, and search for the word "ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷಿಸ್‌"

Test the same weblink in Windows 7 IE, Windows 10 Edge and Chrome browser (on any OS) which uses harfbuzz shaping engine.
