imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/browsers/browsing-the-web/history-traversal/persisted-user-state-restoration/scroll-restoration-navigation-samedoc.html fails on iOS sim because scroll restoration is async in iOS WK2 (goes via the UI process).
