            Bug ID: 173716
Summary: Apply limits on fetching until stream is used
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML DOM
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: jaffathecake at gmail.com
                CC: cdumez at apple.com

https://fetch-flow-control-demo.glitch.me/

If I click either "fetch", the resource keeps downloading and downloading, even though I haven't read the body.

Chrome has the same problem with cacheable resources (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=535793), but the no-store example works as expected.
