            Bug ID: 173250
Summary: Fixed position elements fail with backdrop-filter
                    applied.
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: iOS 10
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: ryanwilke at gmail.com

When you have a fixed position element in mobile Safari with something like `backdrop-filter: blur(4px)` applied, the "fixed" element is no longer fixed as you scroll down the page and randomly moves position.

I had this applied to the mobile header of a website and the header would not stay fixed to the top unless I remove the backdrop-filter effect.
