simple HTML code that I used to test

Overview:
When I start swiping right in the browser through the page it starts occasionally jumping. I can reproduce this issue only in the landscape mode and never in the portrait mode. Moreover, this happens only on iPad with iOS version 10.3.2 whereas I cannot reproduce this on iPad with iOS version 8.2. This issue is reproduced on different web sites.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) To reproduce this issue, please, open the attached simple HTML page
2) Turn on Voiceover and turn your iPad in the landscape mode.
3) Start swiping right to go through elements on the page
4) Observe that the page starts jumping. Go on swiping and set the focus on the right button. Try to double tap it and observe that nothing happens. (This last step can depend on the size of your device - on my device interactive elements shift beyond the screen during this page jumping and then they stop working.)

Expected Results:
The page doesn't jump
