We believe it will be fixed in iOS 11. But interested parties (e.g., you) should try out your test cases against iOS 11 to verify (one way or another) whether it fixes the issues you're seeing.

Apple has released a public beta for iOS 11, which does not require a developer account: <https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/>.
