from jbedard: I think it's fine to set the configuration if the script has explicitly been asked for debug or release.  That is inline with what we do when building and running the layout tests.


We currently fail if someone has use set-webkit-configuration for either release or debug, but choose to run the bisect tool for the other configuration.
Instead, let's consider enforcing the set-webkit-configuration to whatever option is specified via the command line.

I'm not sure if we should preserve this and try to reset it on tool exit.
