This still appears to be a problem. Latest Safari on MacOS and iOS doesn't honour the display: visible rule, as seen in this Codepen: https://codepen.io/A7DC/pen/bRJrBN

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this besides manually changing the size of the SVG to have more spacing around the edges?
