I see this bug is marked as "RESOLVED WORKSFORME." I downloaded a nightly build of Safari, Version 10.1.1 (12603.2.4, r219275), and can still reproduce the problem by going to the website URL in the original ticket.

Is the nightly build also behind trunk?

Also for debugging purposes, it can be tricky, because going directly to the iframe URL will "fix" the bug until you clear your cache and cookies.
