Steps - 
----------------------
1. Join the safari webrtc meeting 
2. When the browser asks the permission for the camera and microphone access then click on the "Never for This Website"


Expected - 
--------------------------
Safari should give some call back , so that app will get know that device access permission is denied.


Observed - 
-------------------------

When user clicks on the "Never for This Website" , then application is will get struck in the device permission access state. 

It will not proceed inside the meeting or it will not get any call back from browser indicating that device permission access is denied.

Unless user goes to preferences and change the permission to "Ask" or "Allow" it will not proceed to meeting.


Note - Tested with blujeans webrtc and appear.in webrtc solutions.
