broken rendering

When loading: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-position/#sticky-pos in Safari Version 10.0.3 (12602.4.8) as well as in Release 22 (Safari 10.2, WebKit 12604.1.4.2) the menu on the left side is rendered squished initially (see screenshot) until the window is resized beyond a css responsive layout breakpoint and back.
