Test case

This test case requires that scrollbars be always visible.

- The initial size of the elements are set and the scrollbar is not visible
- The size of the elements are shrunk and the scrollbar is visible
- The initial size is restored and the scrollbars remain visible when they should not

If you press the "fix it" button, it clears the width/height and then sets it to the same value to force a repaint and this appears to fix the issue.
