Below max weight on the slider the weight should be less than at max weight

With the same reproduction zip file as in bug 167798, the maximum visual weight of the Noto Sans Arabic variation font is not reached at 100% of the weight slider, but at about 80% - after that, the weight visually decreases again. Instead, the weight should visually appear boldest at the end of the slider.
