When you have a text input with text-transform:uppercase applied to it then trying to use quicktype suggestionswill fail.

This reproduces in Safari on iPad using iOS9 and iOS10

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached HTML file on iPad running iOS9 or iOS10
2. Tap into a red region
3. Type "Feb"
4. Tap the "February" quicktype suggestion
5. Notice "February" does not get inserted into the document
