I apologize - you had asked about our current workaround...

Basically, since this is a business application, most clients have access to a capable PC or laptop from a co-worker. Alternatively, we have advised them to install Firefox, which also functions properly.

However, I always meant to track down the underlying cause on behalf of those customers, as it would be nice if they could actually make use of their existing systems or browsers for their business.
