Expected popup to display when hitting "login" button

When opening https://twitter.com/ and hitting the login button in top right corner, nothing happens. 

Instead, it should open a login form (see attachment). Same behavior happens on Eolie 0.9-27 and Epiphany 3.22.7 with webkit 2.16.6-1.

## Environment
- PC: Lenovo Yoga 2 13
- Eolie version: 0.9-27-g7b8cfb5
- Gnome shell 3.22.2 (gtk+ 3.22)
- Running on X11
- Operating system: Linux sessifet 4.9.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.6-3 (2017-01-28) x86_64 GNU/Linux
