Image of the New Tab tab at 1x

When I have a tab that says "New Tab", there is an icon in the tab that looks like a box with a + in it. [+]

This asset looks great at 2x, but the + at 1x looks rather blurry, likely because the asset is not aligned properly to the pixel grid. We should make sure that the asset is pixel-grid aligned so that it doesn't look blurry at 1x. This might require having the box around the + to be an odd width.
