OK, I thought that I can start bisecting it in F27 VM, but no luck as:

[tpopela at localhost ~]$ /usr/libexec/webkit2gtk-4.0/MiniBrowser https://copr.fedoraproject.org
WaylandCompositor requires eglCreateImage and eglDestroyImage.
Nested Wayland compositor could not initialize EGL

Hopefully someone will be willing to update to F27 (or is already on F27) and bisect it (if not, I will update to F27 myself)..
