Wow. 

macOS Safari in production definitely had CORS fixed. 

At the same time as the IOS 10 release CORS wasn't fixed in that sadly. 

Detecting it was a problem though, it requires platform version checks. It returns true when checking if the crossorigin attribute is set. Previously it's empty.
