Please have the browser, in The Big Empty Space, tell the user what is going on. Or at least tell the user that the browser is protecting him from something therefore there is as big empty space. I recall that's what chromium would do. Of course chromium apparently doesn't think this is a security  issue at all bug at all and shows the user the content anyway..
