clipped icons

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Inspect github.com
2. Dock inspector to right
3. Show Debugger Tab
4. View Main Resource
5. Cmd-+ to increase UI size

EXPECTED: icons don't clip when zoomed

ACTUAL: clipped on bottom and right sides somehow.

This looks like a subpixel issue, as it only manifests on a particular zoom level, and more so when docked than when windowed.
