Summary:
Ensure Worker name in inspector comes from pre-redirect URL.

We should have a test for this. I don't know what the current behavior does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Inspect a page with new Worker("this-will-redirect-to-foo.js")
  => Ensure Worker is named "this-will-redirect-to-foo.js" and not "foo.js"
