I use nuvolaplayer what uses WebKitGTK+. This app has crashed, and I created an issue for this bug (https://github.com/tiliado/nuvolaplayer/issues/255). But the developer of nuvolaplayer told me, the bug came from WebKitGTK+.

Maybe the error occurs if the system memory becomes very low and the swap is used (The google chrome sometimes eats the memory).
