Edwin I have made a bug report here but zero response. 

I have eventually figured out a work around for OSX Safari if using three.js. They are using this flag that is referred in this ticket that needs to be turned off. 

WebGL seems to render textures in reverse and needs to be flipped around. This flip flag for now reason at all causes the issue. The UV property on the geometry needs to be reverse. 

I tried absolutely everything and nothing. It was working that is for sure. It has been sabotaged. I will keep trying to find work arounds which is standard with Apple.
