* SUMMARY
Provide a way to toggle between showing only live objects and live+dead objects.

We are moving to only show live objects. But it may be useful at times to show live and dead objects so that in a diff you can see all the objects that were created, not just those that remain alive. This may provide insight into wasteful allocations.
